Vintage Hills Retirement Community is managed and developed by Ewing Land Development out of Pella, IA. We have sister facilities Vriendschap Village in Pella and The Village at Legacy Pointe in Waukee.
In Phase 1, we will offer 46 Assisted Living Apartments and 20 Memory Care Units. In Phase 2 we will offer Independent Living and Phase 3 a Senior Care Center.
